Lisa Ayres is a seasoned operations and production strategy professional with over 25 years of experience at NBC Universal. Having held pivotal roles such as Director of Operations at MSNBC and Operations Manager at CNBC, she has consistently driven operational excellence within high-pressure environments.

Lisa’s notable achievements include receiving Emmy recognition for her contributions to the coverage of the events following September 11, 2001, and being honored with NBC’s Ovation and GEM awards for her outstanding operational leadership.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Lisa is a passionate football fan who enjoys NFL game days and cheering for her grandson’s Wallkill Valley Rangers football team.  An avid traveler, she enjoys exploring new destinations and cultures, enriching her experiences both personally and professionally.
